OUR PRODUCTS ARE LEAD FREE

PolyTurf was established to serve the strong and growing demand for high quality artificial turf products. Our products use high grade polyethylene together with a special mixture of polymers and a mono-fiber which has made our yarn unsurpassed for resilience, durability and appearance. PolyTurf offers advanced developments of no-infill products with a crimp yarn thatch zone which addresses the serious urban issue of runoff into storm drains. We offer factory direct synthetic turf products with production facilities in Calhoun, Georgia. We make all of our own yarns and supply many tufting mills and private label companies worldwide with our exceptional 40 years of expertise in synthetic turf yarn development and artificial turf manufacture products. New artificial turf wholesale products are always under development and may be resourced for private label markets.

The synthetic grass products are developed market specific for regional landscapes throughout the US.

A variety of yarn colors, multiple tones, heights and densities are available options to suite the different landscaping grass, sport or playground applications. Our rolls come 15 foot widths with the highest grade, triple backing with recyclable latex or a polyurethane backing.

Luxury Lite

PolyTurf presents our exclusive Luxury Lite, so full and life-like, it could easily be mistaken for the real thing. The thick, plush synthetic grass fibers are multi-colored, which adds dimension, characterizing the most natural looking lawn. These dense blades give a cushioned and comfortable feeling beneath the foot. Specified as 2" height, 75 oz., non-infill, polyethylene fiber blades with a thatch layer and includes Nanobac anti-bacterial technology.

Luxury Lawn

Luxury Lawn comes highly recommended as one of our top-of-the line and specially developed landscaping grasses. Like the real Marathon grasses, Luxury Lawn is made of thinner blade fibers with highlighted green and darker green tones for variety. Beautiful for backyard entertaining or to just sit back and enjoy. Specified as 2" height, 75 oz., non-infill, polyethylene fiber blades with a thatch layer and includes Nanobac anti-bacterial technology.

Luxury Lawn Natural

Offered as an extension of Luxury Lawn, the Natural option provides the same specifications, with a twist. A natural brown yarn fiber is weaved into the thatch, creating the look of "dead grass", which may be desirable if you want the most realistic synthetic grass on the market. Also available: Shorter and taller pile heights and varying fiber weights. Ask an associate for details.

Royal Deluxe

For the LEED rated builders, Royal Deluxe eliminates most urban runoff concerns and is a colorful xeriscape selection. Royal Deluxe is often installed on city streetscapes, medians, sloped yards, rooftops or around pools. The short yarn fibers appear to be like a fresh cut, well maintained natural lawn, without the additional costs of watering, mowing, or re-seeding. Similar in appearance to Luxury Lawn, Royal Deluxe is specified as 1 1/2" pile height, 55 oz., non-infill polyethylene fiber blades with a thatch layer and includes Nanobac anti-bacterial technology.

Garden Grass

Garden Grass is the ideal solution for replacing your worn out and spotted lawn caused by your beloved pet. Outdoor areas for dogs provided by apartment complexes, homeowner associations, vet clinics, or doggie daycares all benefit from the savings on this low maintenance alternative. The short, light weight yarn fibers make it easier to rake and hose down when cleaning with PolyTurf Refresh. Includes Nanobac anti-bacterial technology within the blades and backing. Specified as 1 3/8" height, 55 oz., non-infill, polyethylene fiber blades with a thatch layer.

Imperial Deluxe

As close to fescue grass as it gets, this all-purpose leisure lawn is an affordable option for virtually any type of application. Imperial Deluxe is often seen in dog parks, retail store displays, hotels, zoos, tradeshow booths, theme park rides, etc. Available in a rich, dual-color green which blends well into any region. Specified as a 1 3/4" pile height, 50 oz., non-infill polyethylene fiber blades, with a thatch layer. Includes Nanobac technology. Rubber infill and/or sand may be used for improved durability and cushion.

Native Lawn

Just like any grass you might see around the neighborhood, Native Lawn can fit right in, without looking unnaturally perfect. Deep green yarn fibers is combined with a down to earth tan thatch, to achieve a dormant grass appearance. Native Lawn has become a top seller with its good looks, great colors, and soft- to- the- touch feel. Specified as a 1 3/4" pile height, non infill polyethylene fiber blades, and thatch layer. Includes Nanobac technology. Rubber infill and/or sand may be used for improved durability and cushion. Also available: Heavier and lighter fiber weight and taller and shorter pile height options are available. Ask an associate for details.

Champion Sport

A superior choice for multi-purpose use, Champion Sport and Play provides optimal durability and yarn strength for recreation, playgrounds, sports or agility training of athletes, and great for energetic dogs! The durable and cost-effective short blade height allows for easy clean up and adds resilience in high traffic areas. Contains Nanobac anti-bacterial technology to protect your children and pets from contaminants and viruses. Provides attractive, multicolored, olive and green yarn fibers. Like all of our turf, Champion is composed of Nanobac anti-bacterial technology. Specified as 1 1/8" height, polyethylene fiber blades, with a thatch layer that does not require infill. It is recommended to be combined with a reflective green coated silica sand for high use areas and for safety, use a rubberized e-layer or PolyFoam beneath the grass.

Golf Green

Golf Green offers superior stamina for a top of the line commercial or residential professional putting green. Golf Green is the ideal surface to practice your putting on. Available in two color choices, olive green or spring green tone. Specified as 7/16" height nylon fiber yarn. Includes Nanobac anti-bacterial technology and a non-perforated rubber backing. Heavier fiber weight and taller pile height options are available for driving ranges or golf mats.
